Well today our trip has officially begun.
Shane (our dear and generous friend) picked us up at 3pm to bring us to the airport. We arrived early to see if we could get better seats.
Well, we are in the same seats and found out that our flight has been delayed by a little over an hour. So begins this epically long journey.
To fill the first bit of our time, we came and had lunch/dinner at the Milestones here. What a great environment. Very bright, beautiful day through the large windows. We’re steps (literally) from our gate with... four more hours to kill until our flight leaves.

We had the artichoke dip to start and split the Turkey Club Sandwich. Not for budgetary reasons, but their portions are so BIG.
